How Does Our Shipping Process Work, and How Long Does It Take?

We keep our inventory in California and ship directly to our customers in the US. Our delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. For international shipping, it usually takes 5-10 business days.

After your package is shipped, you’ll get an automated email containing all the tracking details you need, along with instructions on how to track your order.

How Long Does It Take for Orders to Be Processed?

We handle orders from Monday to Friday, and it usually takes us 1-3 business days to process them, depending on the number of orders we receive. Please keep in mind that we don’t ship orders on weekends.

Please make sure that all delivery information is accurate. If there are any errors or missing details, we may need to reach out to you to update the delivery information. This could potentially cause delays in getting your order to you. Additionally, international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, although our estimated shipping times already account for most of these delays.

Your local customs office might need extra documents and time to process your package, potentially causing a delay in the estimated delivery time. Your order could be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. In most areas, the local post service handles deliveries, so your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you’re not home during the delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. Cancellation is possible for up to 48 hours after your order confirmation. If 48 hours have passed, we’ll have to cancel the shipment before issuing a refund. If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you’ll need to wait until you receive it and then return it to us for a refund.
